Dubai, UAE, August 2025 – Alex Jeffries Photography Group is proud to present its latest project with the newly photographed Mausam Restaurant, a unique dining concept by Emaar Hospitality Group. Located inside Dubai Mall, with direct views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, Mausam brings the essence of India’s seasons to life through design, cuisine, and atmosphere.
The interiors, designed by 4Space, draw on Mughal architectural traditions while reinterpreting them for a modern Dubai audience. Think sculptural terracotta rings, detailed latticework inspired by the Red Fort, and warm, inviting spaces that balance cultural depth with contemporary luxury. Combined with an open kitchen and a terrace that looks straight onto Dubai’s most famous landmarks, the restaurant offers guests a memorable journey that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.
Capturing the Spirit of the SpaceWhen asked to photograph this striking new venue, professional photographer Dubai-based Alex Jeffries approached the project with a focus on mood and storytelling. Rather than simply documenting the interiors, the aim was to showcase how texture, light, and detail shape the dining experience. From the shadows cast through patterned screens to the bold geometry of the sculptural rings, each image was crafted to draw viewers into the restaurant and give a sense of being there.
This approach reflects the studio’s wider commitment to professional photography, creating work that doesn’t just record, but elevates. The photographs bring out the atmosphere of the space, highlighting why Mausam is such a distinctive addition to Dubai’s dining scene.
Design, Heritage, and HospitalityMausam is the result of a close collaboration between Emaar Hospitality Group and the design vision of 4Space. Every element is intentional, from the deep terracotta finishes to the clever interplay of arches and lighting. Together, they’ve created a restaurant that celebrates Indian culture while aligning perfectly with Dubai’s luxury hospitality standards.
The name itself-Mausam, meaning “season” in Hindi, reflects the restaurant’s philosophy: to capture the changing moods and flavours of India throughout the year. Guests are invited not just to dine, but to experience a layered journey of design, flavour, and setting that unfolds with every visit.
